My Fitness Study

Inclusion Criteria

Any Michigan Medicine (U-M) Patient and/or Caregiver (of the U-M patient) may enroll in this study if:

• Caregivers: are at least 18 years old and caring for a U-M patient providing for at least 50% of the patient’s needs; willing and able to understand and sign informed consent
• Patients: are at least 5 years old; willing and able to understand and sign informed consent/assent

Both caregivers and patients must have a smartphone (Android, iOS)

Study Components

Fitbit Charge

• Participants will be educated on proper procedures and encouraged to wear device as much as possible every day.
• The Fitbit may be kept after the study ends

Roadmap 2.0 App

• Surveys will be completed on the app at baseline, day 30, and day 120
• Tracks daily mood

Neurocognitive Testing

• These tests are a series of puzzles and cognitive measures including reading and math and will be administered at baseline, day 30, day 120, day 180, and day 365

Biomarkers: these specimens will be used to see if potential adverse effects to treatment can be predicted earlier.

• Blood: May be collected at baseline, day 30, and day 120 (after enrolling on the study)
• Saliva: May be collected at baseline (shortly after enrolling on the study)
